Increasing Real Estate Lead Conversion​

01 . The Challenge

Pick Sell Homes was running Meta lead ads using instant forms, but they were only seeing a 5% conversion rate. Despite spending a good amount on ads, the returns were not matching expectations. They needed a smarter approach to improve lead quality and overall conversion.

02 . The Solution

We began by auditing their ad account and quickly noticed a major gap in budget allocation. There was no clear structure for spending on cold, warm, or retargeting audiences, and very few interests were being tested. Next, we focused on the creatives. They were using only 1-2 static images, which weren’t engaging enough. Our team developed multiple video creatives tailored for different audience segments. We also conducted a detailed competitor analysis to find out what’s working in the market and adapted strategies accordingly. By fixing the ad structure, using better creatives, and aligning with what’s already winning in the industry, we helped Pick Sell Homes increase their conversion rate to 18–20%. A big part of this success also goes to their sales team, who were highly responsive and adapted quickly to the strategies suggested by our sales head.
